Support for KOMAND
Many software companies seem to be concerned with clients’ needs only until the software is purchased. At PACE, we stand behind the KOMAND product with quality system engineers who have an average of fifteen years experience in chargeback with KOMAND.
The same engineers who take customer service calls also visit client sites to aid in installation and implementation of the charging system. Not only does this help you, but it helps us to stay familiar with new technology and current concerns facing KOMAND clients.
In addition to free onsite training with new purchases, PACE system engineers design class structures for IT financial management seminars, which are performed throughout the country several times a year.

*KOMAND/DB2 Charging System(DBCS) will support DB2 V13 with application of an update from our Support Services.
** KOMAND products are mostly batch programs and rarely require changes for new z/OS versions. We are not currently aware of any problems with z/OS V3.2, however, PACE will be upgrading to IBMs latest z/OS V3.2 for complete testing.
